Welcome to KDS, Karen's Dance Studio!

Our student dance program offers classes for children age three and older on an annual basis, ending with a performance revue in May.  Participation in the recital is optional. 

Emphasis in the classroom is placed on learning correct dance placement and technique, while safely developing the strong bodies necessary to perform the art of dance.  The instructors at KDS strive to help young dancers develop healthy bodies and alert minds through the art of dance.

All classes are taught by qualified instructors who work hard to ensure your child has a positive learning experience in all dance classes.

Two spacious classrooms, fully equipped with barres, mirrors and sound systems, along with a superior staff of instructors, allow us to have the most comprehensive and complete programming in the area.

Our convenient downtown location, ample parking, first floor accessibility and observation windows for class viewing add to the comfortable atmosphere you will find at KDS.

KDS students have received scholarships to the schools of American Ballet Theatre, Joffrey Ballet, Hartford Ballet, UMASS, Walnut Hill, Jacob’s Pillow, STEPS, Broadway Dance Center, NYCDA, Dance Educators of America and more.
